Refund policy

At Jahnarome Creations, we take pride in creating quality handmade and custom products. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are FINAL SALE.

Due to the nature of custom work, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued on custom products. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Personalized designs

  • Custom colors, sizes, or text

  • Special requests or made-to-order items

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled or modified.

Non-Custom Items

Returns may be accepted on non-custom, ready-to-ship items under the following conditions:

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Return approval is required before sending any item back

Approved returns must be received within 7 days of approval. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item

  • Clear photos of the packaging

After review, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (non-custom items only) will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
