Processing Time

• Custom & made-to-order items: Processing times vary based on the product and order volume. Estimated processing time will be provided at checkout or communicated via email.

• Non-custom (ready-to-ship) items: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
Jahnarome Creations is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Jahnarome Creations is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or failure to retrieve from the carrier may be subject to a reshipping fee.
